Job Description:

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Workers to join our team on-site in the UK, Canada, USA, and Ireland. As a Healthcare Worker at Hawkish Group Ltd, you will be crucial in delivering high-quality care and support to our clients, ensuring their well-being and enhancing their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide personalized care and support to clients based on their individual needs and care plans.

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
• Administer medications and monitor vital signs per the care plan and medical guidelines.
• Support clients with mobility and physical exercises to improve their health and well-being.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client care, progress, and any changes in their condition.
• Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Follow all health and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in healthcare practices.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Healthcare Worker, Caregiver, or similar role in a healthcare setting.

• Relevant certification or training in healthcare, nursing, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of healthcare procedures and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and empathetic attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
